Alexis (Lexi) Tinnon, CBT
Born and raised in Buckley, Washington, Lexi has dedicated her career to supporting individuals with disabilities in building meaningful, independent lives. She began as a job coach and later oversaw a school-to-work program for students with disabilities, helping them gain confidence and essential life skills. She also served as a Supported Living Coordinator, supporting adults with disabilities to live independently and their care providers to provide comprehensive day to day support. Through these experiences, she discovered a passion for behavior support, particularly in school settings. She then began working as a 1:1 behavior technician for students with varying degrees of behavior support needs. Lexi values ABA for its ability to help individuals grow, achieve personal goals, and develop skills that truly matter. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their five cats, gaming, and reading.
